Mr McNally has had a variety of roles and responsibilities in over 26 years with the Group following a number of years occupied in both the public and private health sectors in Australia. Mr McNally has direct responsibility for Ramsay's UK and Asian operations and the overall Group Strategy as well as broader responsibilities across the group. Ms Monaghan joined Ramsay Health Concern in 1998 and has directed the marketing strategy and communications of the Company through a time of several major mergers and acquisitions both within Australia and overseas, which has seen the Company grow from 12 facilities to over 200 and become one of the top five hospital operators in the world.
