Helen Nash has more than 20 years’ experience in brands and marketing, including seven years in FMCG at Procter Gamble, followed by three years in publishing at ICC Media. Helen held a variety of senior executive roles at McDonald’s Australia Ltd over a period of nearly ten years, including the position of Chief Operating Officer, overseeing restaurant operations, marketing, menu, insights and research and information technology. Melanie has extensive financial and professional services experience in both Executive and NonExecutive roles in a wide range of industries, including accounting and financial planning, infrastructure, property investment management, and retail services (including tourism and begin up ventures). Robert Murray has had a eminent career in sales, marketing and general management having served maximum recently as the CEO of Lion (formerly Lion Nathan), one of Australasia’s leading food and beverage companies, including during its acquisition by Karin Holdings in 2009. Grant’s media industry career spans over 30 years during which time he served in numerous senior leadership roles at the TEN Network, including as CEO from 2005 to 2010. Earlier to becoming CEO, Grant served in key roles in network sales, digital media and multichannel program development as healthy as being responsible for group strategy, acquisitions and executive development programs. Nick McKechnie is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience. Prior to this role Nick held a variety of senior finance roles at Virgin Media in the UK and commenced his career with Arthur Andersen. Tony Hudson has over 20 years’ experience in senior legal and governance roles. As part of CA’s commitment to corporate social responsibility these three organizations will be provided with urge via community service announcements and content opportunities across CA’s extensive radio and television riches for a two year term through the CA charity partnership program, CA Embrace.
